shandong new ankai drive & technology.inc is a professional enterprise of product design and development, aluminum alloy melting, aluminum die-casting and machining. it is located in qingyang development zone of zouping county, shandong province, china. the company covers an area of 153335 square meters and the building area is 37750 square meters, the new machining workshop invested us$ 2.5 million has been put into production at the end of 2005. the company has advanced numeral control processing & checkout equipments .introducing cold chamber die-casting machine 11 sets, from 250ton to 1250 ton, the digital control machining center produced by a joint-venture of japan and taiwan 18 sets, numeral control lathe 12 sets, italian three-dimensional measuring machine, english arun direct reading spectrograph, hardness testers 2sets and many other machining equipments totaled more than 260 sets. we also have 6 sets reflecting smelter with annual production capacity of 20000 tons aluminum alloy ingots. the company always adheres to the principle “putting people first” and attaches importance to the introduction of qualified personnel. by absorbing modern concepts and institution of human resource administration, both the administrative level and technological level have been greatly improved. up to now, our company employs 382 persons, among them 52 people are technicians. because of the practice of scientific management of computer network, the researching and developing process has been accelerated. on the basis of paying attention to administration, the company strengthens the input of product research and development, improves the technological content of our products and consequently wins titles of “shandong province high-tech enterprise” and “binzhou city private enterprise science & technology”. we always strictly implement 5s-administration and spc-statistical process control. we had been approvaled iso9001:2000 quality system certification, now we are carrying out the work of auditing ts16949 quality system and plan to pass it at the end of 2006.these systems establish a solid base for the target of the realizing specialized mass production at high starting point, and for our final objective becoming a first-class technological & scientific enterprise.
